Connal's is below and is a STAR WARS X-Wing fighter plane. We had a good time carving pumpkins, except mine was rotten on the inside and smelled awful!!!!! Oh, well...

I baptized Connal on 10/7/07 into the Community of Christ congregation. Even in October the weather was super warm and we didn't freeze!

Here is Connal with his banner that he created in his pre-baptismal classes. He lookes so handsome! He was confirmed the same day as he was baptized and had his first communion as well. What a big day!

This is me before and after I donated a foot of hair to "Locks of Love". I did this on Thursday which was Casia's first day of school. I surprised her after school. It feels so good to have all of that hair off my neck!!

This is Casia before and after her haircut for "Locks of Love". She had 10 inches cut off that will be made into a wig for kids who have lost their hair for various reasons. She sure looks cute, don't you think?

If you look below you will see that we were on a camping trip this last week. On Wednesday we went to a ski hill and did the water park, alpine slide, and go carts. It was a hot, hot, hot day and we really enjoyed the water. Scott got this black eye from Connal head butting him three times on the water slides. Isn't is a beauty?

Renee, if you read this, remember how Casia was on the ski hill always saying FASTER? Well, that is what she was like on the Alpine slide. All I heard the whole time was, "FASTER, FASTER, WHEEEE. It was very funny.

This is our one day of hiking that we did while camping. We were very close to Taylor's Falls which is on the border of Minnesota and Wisconsin. (The St. Croix River separates the two states.) We hiked for three hours along the river and saw some really neat rock formations. It was a beautiful hike.

As you can see, I figured out how to work my camera and was able to get a picture of all of us. Casia has a little attitude going on.

The rock climbers have a great time at this park as there are lots of steep climbs to do. I actually did rock repelling at the park when I was around fifteen. Back before I had a fear of falling to my death.

We went on our first camping trip as a family this last week. We only stayed for 3 days, but it was fun! Here is our fancy new tent. It was super comfortable.

Here is the camp site that we got and the family sitting around the fire. The site was deep in the woods of what looked to be an old riverbed. It was shaded and cool which was nice since it was hot out.

Connal is getting anxious to toast marsh mellows. This was the highlight for both kids according to them. They just loved those smores!!

This is the Extreme Swing with the Wild Thing in the background. This is a very large swing that just about puts you upside down. Needless to say I screamed and held on tight to Scott's hand. As if he could save me :) Most thrilling ride this year. That's about it for all of you who read this and sorry I have been so slow in adding recently.

We were in Sarasota, Florida with my birthdad, Erv and his wife, Sharon. We went to the Sarasota fair and had a great time riding rides and watching the little pigs race for cookies. This was a great vacation!

Here we are at Epcot. We had a fun time here. Connal rode all of the rides that he could ride and it was awesome! Casia had a bite taken out of her by Bruce the shark.

We have just finished with a wonderful trip to Disney World in Florida. We had a wonderful time. We stayed at the All-Star Movies hotel and visited MGM, Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, and Epcot in 3 1/2 days. It was a whirlwind vacation. Here are some pictures from our trip to the Animal Kingdom.

The first three pictures are from the safari. We saw lots of interesting animals including a gorilla, zebra, giraffe, rhino, and elephants. The last picture was from dino world, It was Connal, Casia, and cousin Will.

Here is Casia on Christmas eve with Santa. All she wanted was a doll house, which Grandpa Erv got her. She was so happy. She even helped open the pinata on stage.

Here is Connal boogie boarding with Scott in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico. He had a blast!! We saw lots of stingrays in the waves here.
